Herbalife.com and GoHerbalife.com are key digital platforms for Herbalife customers. Herbalife.com provides information on the business and products, while GoHerbalife.com, managed by individual distributors, is used for online purchases and customer engagement.

Herbalife.com is now available in the EMEAI and APAC regions
GoHerbalife.com is currently under development and is set to launch in mid-2024.

Project Initiative

Herbalife is a global nutrition and wellness company that relies on a network of independent distributors to sell dietary supplements and meal replacements directly to consumers.

Herbalife realizes their distributors increasingly opt for alternative platforms such as Shopify, Wix, and Amazon to sell products instead of core commerce platforms powered by Herbalife, leading to customer purchases shifting away from Herbalife's platform.

So Herbalife found us (Dentsu Merkle) to improve their core commerce experience for customers to make sure customers stay at Herbalife's platform - Herbalife.com and GoHerbalife.com

Project Scope

This project focuses on Herbalife's core commerce experience. The goal is to deliver a ready-to-develop MVP design for the brand site Herbalife.com and the commerce site GoHerbalife.com.

Timeline

12/2022 - 04/2023

Herbalife.com is now available in the EMEAI and APAC regions.
GoHerbalife.com is currently under development and is set to launch in mid-2024.
