With the rise of digital platforms like Shopify, Wix, and Square, Herbalife recognizes the need to prioritize the digital experience of its distributors to retain sales on its platform.
Therefore, Herbalife asked us(Dentsu Merkle) to reimagine its distributor business portal, myHerbalife.com (myHL), enhancing its utility and supporting distributors' growth and success now and in the future.
This envision project is one in a series where Dentsu Merkle has collaborated with Herbalife. The series of projects with Herbalife has involved more than 40 Dentsu designers and has spanned over 18 months since its inception.
With multiple phases planned, this phase is focused on conceptual design.
The goal is to provide a clear product vision and strategy for Herbalife, enabling them to construct the roadmap of the next phase - MVP detail design.

The final concept is scheduled for detailed design phase starting March 2024.
As a key member in the core design team, I spearheaded the concept design of two core experiences of Herbalife distributor platform (See the featured works below).I worked closely with other designers to ensure core experiences interconnected logically, collaborated with product managers and copy writers to ensure feasible deliverables.
